Vikasa yoga, my style of teaching is rooted in the classical Hatha yoga lineage and welcomes all levels from beginner to advanced. 
The teaching modules each represent a pillar of the Vikasa Yoga Method: Mind, Body, and Energy.

Vikasa yoga involves a set of physical postures and breathing techniques, practiced more slowly and with more static posture holds which helps to bring peace to the mind and body.
